Her initial task involved posing before a judging panel on a live TV show. Hoang Anh was one of the lucky contestants selected to advance to the next stage.
Anh said contestants are all very enthusiastic. She was moved by the solicitude of the Filipino people during her first visit to the country.
The bikini stage of Miss Earth 2012 was held on November 6.
