The Vietnam Traditional Art Centre officially opened at No.42 Yet Kieu Street in Hanoi on July 13, with the aim of introducing, preserving and developing various types of Vietnam’s traditional art and culture.
The centre will organise cultural exchanges and various art and cultural events such as photo exhibitions, sculpture exhibitions, film screening festivals, fashion shows and concerts. It will also a venue for cultural experts and artists, as well as art lovers inside and outside the country to gather and exchange experiences.
The same day, a photo exhibition entitled “Tre Do” (Red Bamboo) was held at the centre by famous artists in Hanoi.
