VFF Deputy Chairman Nguyen Lan Trung said the tournament is a good opportunity for the national team to practice before the 26^th SEA Games in Indonesia.

Vietnam’s U23 squad will play against Malaysia, Myanmar and Uzbekistan on October 19, 21, and 23, respectively in a round-robin format.

The winner will be awarded US$25,000, while the first and the second runner-up will receive US$10,000 and US$5,000.

The tickets for the tournament’s matches are fixed at VND50,000, VND80,000, VND120,000 and VND150,000.
