My Linh touches gold at world bodybuilding champ
Vietnam’s Nguyen Thi Minh Linh has won two gold medals at both Asian and world championships, which are concurrently taking place in Thailand.
Linh bagged a gold medal in the 52kg category in the Asian Bodybuilding Champ before she claimed victory at the 2011 World Women’s Bodybuilding Championship.
In the men’s event, Le Hoai Thuong and Nguyen Van Lam pocketed one silver and one bronze medal, respectively, for the Vietnamese team in the 65kg category.
After two days of competition in Thailand, Vietnam has won three gold, five silver and eight bronze medals.
On the final day of October 7, there was high hope that My Tram would win the champion title in the final.
