From October 4-9, they will compete in both professional and amateur events with 12 different age groups in the men’s and women’s singles, and doubles and mixed doubles.

Cash prizes are worth nearly VND145 million in total, with VND100 million going to winners in amateur events.

The event is held by the Hanoi Municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi Television and the Hanoi Badminton Federation to mark the 66^th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2) and the 57^th anniversary of Hanoi’s Liberation Day (October 10).
