The dress is designed by Vietnamese fashion designer Vo Viet Chung who was celebrated as a top ‘10’ at the 7th annual Leonardo Simpson’s 10 Best Dressed on November 13 at the swanky Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines hotel in California, the US.
The highlight of the traditional dress is Non Quai Thao (a kind of conical hat with fringes hanging on both sides) featuring different motifs.
Chung said that Long Vu Khuc not only recalls the glorious history of the Vietnamese people and but also symbolises a prosperous and developed country.
