Addressing the conference, General Le The Tiem, Deputy Minister of Public Security, stressed that this is a heavy task for the police force as the social situation is becoming increasingly complex from now till the end of the year. He urged police units in localities to work out plans to fight organised criminals and other criminals involved in drugs, corruption, smuggling and trade frauds.
