The top Vietnamese legislator and his delegation were welcomed at Vnukovo-II Airport by representatives from the Federal Assembly’s Committee for Foreign Relations, the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Russian Duma.   

Also on hand was the Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Bui Dinh Dinh and representatives of Vietnamese residents and students in the country. After leaving the Airport, NA Chairman Trong laid a wreath at the statue of Ho Chi Minh in Moscow.   

The same day, the delegation met with leaders of the Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association and representatives of the Vietnamese community in Russia.
