Hanoi streets deserted in record hot spell
VOV.VN - Streets, pubs and even some tourist attractions in the capital city of Hanoi are deserted due to the current heat wave which has temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius.

According to the National Meteorological and Hydrological Forecast Centre, the scorching weather will continue to affect the Hanoi area with high temperatures of 37-39 degrees Celsius, exceeding 39 degrees in some areas. During this hot spell, road surfaces have even been reaching 60 degrees Celsius. |
