VOV.VN - Tropical storm Talas moved through the central provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh this morning (July 17) with a wind speed of 90 kilometres per hour, uprooting numerous trees, causing power outages and blowing off house roofs.

In Vinh City

At the same time the storm enters Ha Tinh Province.

The water level from 7am on July 15 to 1am on July 17 in Ha Tinh Province reaches 214 mm, thus flooding many streets.


Many hectares of  land areas for subsidiary crops are destroyed.
