Tropical depression forms in the East Sea

Forecasters’ current advisory is that until 7am on October 13, the highest wind speeds will be near the centre of the storm and are predicted to reach 60-75km per hour, noting that the storm will move west at a speed of 15-20km per hour and is likely to gain strength over the next 48 hours.
