University students win Asia Young Designer Awards

VOV.VN - Students from the University of Industrial Fine Arts in Hanoi and the University of Architecture in Ho Chi Minh City have received gold awards at the 2016 Asia Young Designer Award Competition.

As announced, Dang Thanh Duy from the University of Industrial Fine Arts along with a group of students from the University of Architecture received Gold Awards in the design and architecture categories, respectively.

The winners will now represent Vietnam at regional competition next year in Bali, Indonesia that will draw participants from 14 Asia-Pacific countries where they will have the opportunity to win cash and prizes.

Held by paint manufacturer Nippon Paint, the annual competition aims to appreciate young Vietnamese architects and interior designers and provide local talent with mentoring and networking resources.
