The Vietnamese athletes competed and won all the tournament’s events including men’s and women's singles, men’s doubles, and mixed events.

The delegation from the Singapore embassy in the US, which hosted this year's event, placed second.

Singaporean ambassador to the US, Chan Heng Chee, said the tournament will be held annually and the embassies of ASEAN countries in the US will also hold other regular sports events to strengthen friendship between ASEAN members.
