People line up to pay tribute to late President Ho Chi Minh

VOV.VN - People queued in a long line at Ba Binh Square as they waited to visit the President Ho Chi Minh relic site in Hanoi on the morning of April 30 – the Reunification Day.

Although the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum did not open on April 30, people from across the country flocked to Ba Binh Square in Hanoi to visit the President Ho Chi Minh relic site.

People pay tribute and show respect to late President Ho Chi Minh who laid the foundation for the Vietnamese revolution and led the struggle for national independence.

Many visitors feel it is important that they visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the place where Uncle Ho stayed and worked at least once in their lives.

Many people bring their children along to teach them about the important historical landmark of the nation and the humble lifestyle of Uncle Ho.
